MA Heating Services Ltd is a small, friendly local business, owned and operated by husband and wife team Mark and Tracey Askew. Established in 2006, the company aims to provide high quality services at a competitive price.
We pride ourselves on our friendly and personal approach. We aim to be the company you can trust to provide a good quality service when you need it.
We were founded on the belief that customers in the North Suffolk area would support a business that is committed to providing a high quality, affordable service.
Quality parts only. For a start, we only fit quality parts and goods from suppliers that have a good reputation. We have seen all too often the damage that can be done when cheap and substandard parts are used.
Always up to date. We make sure our team gets regular manufacturer and industry training, so they are completely up to date with changes that affect the service they provide to you.
No hidden surprises. We give you a quote in advance of carrying out work, and stick to the price we’ve agreed. No hidden surprises or additional, unannounced extras.

Boiler Repair
When something goes wrong leaving you without hot water or heating, you need a quick response. We repair any make of boiler, not just the quality boilers, such as Vaillant and Worcester Bosch, we install for our customers.
We stock many parts for the most common problems, and can source thousands more within 24 hours. As OFTEC and Gas Safe registered engineers, we follow specified standards to ensure our repairs are of the highest quality.
That means we should be able to solve your problems in quick time and restore your home to the comfort and warmth you expect.

Boiler Servicing
Getting your boiler serviced annually will help to keep it working and make sure it is operating at peak efficiency. It may also help to extend the life of your boiler.
Not only that, it’s worth noting that if your boiler is in warranty, not getting it serviced annually will invalidate the warranty. So it really makes sense to add it to your annual calendar.
In fact, we make it easy for you. We will send you reminder cards every year when it’s time for your boiler to be serviced, helping you to keep your house warm when you need it most.

When you’re starting to spend regularly on repairs, it may be more beneficial to get a new boiler than to keep pouring money into keeping the old one going.
We fit good quality boilers such as Vaillant and Worcester. These are brands that are trusted across the industry to deliver on their claims and to honour the spirit of their warranty. They are the market leaders and consistently make up the top two in Which? magazine reports.

If you’re a landlord, you will know that it’s a legal requirement that the equipment you provide to tenants should be safe to use. We can provide all the support you need to make sure you’re covered.

If you don’t need a new boiler, we won’t try to push you to buy one. Unlike some companies, we don’t incentivise our engineers to sell you new boilers you don’t need.
We also know from experience that we get very few calls for repairs on Vaillant and Worcester boilers. That’s a sign of their quality: they rarely break down.

Gas Safety Certificates, every year, without the worry.
If you’re a landlord, you will know that it’s a legal requirement that the equipment you provide to tenants should be safe to use.
That is why you need to get Gas Safety Certificates (or Landlords Certificates) every year. It’s a constantly changing area, for instance the requirement from October 2015 to have carbon monoxide alarms.
We can help you keep on top of things and provide peace of mind both for you and your tenants.
